All orders are shipped via USPS, and will arrive in approximately 3-9 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. Some of our items are made to order, and in that case, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. A tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been processed. All international orders accepted!

All damaged and sale items are FINAL sale. For regular items, we will accept exchanges, a return, or issue a credit for our store. We will accept returns for a refund if all merchandise is in its original condition, unused, and with a receipt of purchase. All exchanges must be completed within 14 days of delivery, and we apologize, but shipping costs in the event of an exchange are non refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for the following reasons: product appears used or no longer in its original condition, the exchange is beyond the allowed timeframe, or the return is sent without a receipt.
