- Q – Are your items really all handmade?
A – Yes! Everything we sell is handmade in our studio, from our messenger bags to our purses, to all our Eco-Friendly items.
- Q – When will (ex.) MPG12 be back in stock?
A – All our messenger style bags are handmade and one of a kind, so once a bag is marked as “sold” we won’t be making another exactly like it. If you would like a bag similar, we can accommodate your needs with a custom ordered bag.
- Q - Can I custom order a replica of a previously sold bag?
A- Not exactly, no. It is important to us to give each customer a unique, one of a kind bag. However, we can make another bag for you by just changing a minor detail, such as the bag’s strap holder, the orientation of the flap, the lining fabric, or even just what part of the fabric’s pattern is showing in the circle window.
- Q – Can I custom order something other than a laptop bag?
A- Yes, we can custom make any of our messenger bags. Just email us with your questions and we can most likely work something out.
- Q - If I make more than one custom order, is there a $30 fee for each product?
A- No. If more than one custom order is placed at one time, the first product’s fee is $30. Each product after that is $15.
- Q – How long does the shipping take?
A- In general, USPS priority takes 2-3 days for East Coast deliveries, and 5-9 days for Mid and West coast. Orders shipping via USPS will be sent out either same or next day. All packages are insured and tracked. International orders take a bit longer for delivery, and cannot be tracked via USPS, but they are insured.
- Q – Can I buy your products wholesale?
