Q – How is the cotton you use considered eco-friendly?

A – The cottons used in our eco line are all 100% certified organic. The organic cotton twills are a more lightweight fabric, while the organic cotton duck is a more heavy, substantial fabric.

Q – Why are your eco-friendly products more expensive?

A – Quite simply, organic and earth friendly products cost a lot more to make than non organic products. The cost of materials is substantially higher, as well as the eco friendly shipping products we use to ship these items.

Q - How do you ship your eco friendly products?

A- All our eco-friendly items are shipped to you in an OXO biodegradable bag. If any filler is necessary in your package, we use only cornstarch (water soluble) peanuts, and/or recycled kraft paper. All bags are shipped in a recyclable cardboard box.

Q – Can I custom order an organic / eco-friendly bag?

A- Right now, we cannot take custom orders on our eco friendly bags. However, soon we will be able to reconsider this idea.

Q – How long does the shipping take?

A- In general, USPS priority takes 2-3 days for East Coast deliveries, and 5-9 days for Mid and West coast. Orders shipping via USPS will be sent out either same or next day. All packages are insured and tracked. International orders take a bit longer for delivery, and cannot be tracked via USPS, but they are insured.
